實驗室簡介:

材料開發實驗室主要以開發新型光電磁整合薄膜及奈米結構和元件為主，並研究其延伸應用。

研究方向

1. 磁性光電半導體薄膜開發及特性研究。
2. 磁光譜於材料特性之研究。

研究設備

多靶磁控濺鍍及熱蒸鍍系統、多功能磁光電量測系統(整合磁圓二色光譜儀、磁電阻量測、變溫變磁場光譜量測)。

Laboratory introduction

The Magneto-Opto-Electronics group (Principal Investigator: Prof. Hua-Shu Hsu) is a research group in the Department of Applied Physics at the National Pingtung University, Taiwan. Our research focuses on the development and physical characterization of new functional materials with novel spin-polarized band structures that induce desirable photophysical properties for spin-polarized catalysts and magneto-optoelectronics applications.
